One thing we're very proud of at Sitecore is our strong, diverse community of customers, partners, developers and subject matter experts. Sitecore User Groups are active and growing worldwide because they are easy to organize, and the benefits for members are significant and lasting.

We have a few upcoming user groups in various locations and some that are virtual, too. Here's a brief list to consider:

Hanson Dodge Creative is hosting a Sitecore User Group in Milwaukee on May 24, 2011. The group will discuss how to: leverage site metrics to deliver one-to-one messages to customers; reduce costs by efficiently managing web content; increase leads, e-commerce conversions and sales with Sitecore's marketing engine and more. Best practices are also a topic of discussion at user groups. Hanson Dodge Creative is full service firm dedicated to helping global brands gain a competitive channel advantage in the digital economy. Click here for more details.

Uponor is hosting the next Minnesota Sitecore User Group Meeting on May 25, 2011 at its North American Headquarters in Apple Valley. There is a morning track for marketers and an afternoon track for developers. Uponor North America is a leading supplier of plumbing, fire sprinkler and radiant heating and cooling systems for residential and commercial spaces worldwide. They have been running their web properties on Sitecore since 2007. Click here for more details.

Hedgehog Development recently organized a virtual user group as an ongoing series; the Sitecore Users’ Virtual Group is dedicated to supporting the Sitecore community wherever they exist across the globe. This includes a monthly education series on Sitecore topics. All sessions are free of charge and conducted over the Web. Click here for more details.
