Manager of Professional Services – Project Enablement

To drive, manage and develop Sitecore’s Professional Services as a business unit from the Copenhagen headquarters, we’re looking for a highly technically capable individual with hands on experience with complex and advanced web based software solutions. The main objective of Professional Services is to secure the architectural and operating quality of strategic and/or large projects, and provide matching expectations between the customer, the Sitecore partner, and the regional Sitecore offices.

The candidate must be driven to obtain excellent results, and possess outstanding communication skills to deal with the needs and ways of Fortune 500 customers. He or she must also have the ability to manage a growing and significant international business unit that’ll help Sitecore take the next step towards global leadership in WCMS.

The tasks of the Professional Services Manager include:

1. To cooperate with regional Sitecore offices and to personally engage in strategic enterprise customers
2. Creating the best-practice framework that enables partners and customers to build rock-solid Sitecore solutions
3. On a project basis being able to review architectural design
4. Working with regional Sitecore offices and managing our off-shore Professional Services team
5. Building Professional Services as a global business unit in Sitecore.

The candidate must have the following capabilities:

1. Deep understanding of web architecture
2. Intensive knowledge of database structures – on the Microsoft platform
3. Excellent communication skills and client insight
4. Profound comprehension of Sitecore architecture
5. Management skills to enable the team to perform brilliantly and grow successfully
6. Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours
