Instructor and Technical Trainer
The Sitecore Instructor and Technical Trainer is a dynamic role combining stand-up training with technical website design concepts, online marketing concepts and a leading edge Content Management System (CMS).

Specific technical skills can be taught and are less important than the general traits listed below.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong training experience
- ASP.NET C# experience
- Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and AJAX
- Ability to map loosely defined business requirements to specific technical solutions
- Sitecore or other CMS experience a plus
- Online marketing and SEO experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Instruct Sitecore Certified Developer courses
- Assist other members of the Sitecore Training Team
- Participation in online developer communities
- Documentation contributions
- Light internal and external technical support
- Light technical sales consulting
- Miscellaneous minor technical tasks as need arises
- Estimated 50-75% travel within the Americas
The ideal person will have the following traits:
- Love of Training
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to explain concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to maintain team atmosphere and communication even when traveling
- Ability to adjust to the requirements of a fast-changing market
- Travel-ready (though permanent relocation is not necessary)
- Willingness to grow both technically and as a presenter
- Driven by strong interest in a broad range of web and related technologies, especially ASP.NET, C#, XML, XSL, online marketing and Sitecore
- Self-starting strategic thinker taking initiative to drive projects through completion
