Sitecore verified to "Works with Windows Server 2008" and 2003

Sitecore became the first Web Content Management vendor to become verified as "Works with Windows 2008" with Microsoft. As part of its ongoing close working relationship with Microsoft, Sitecore took early initiative to make sure its customers could leverage the speed, power and manageability of Windows Server 2008 with Sitecore. Sitecore is part of the 'Season of Launch" , the introduction events for Windows Server 2008 and other new Microsoft product during the first half of 2008.

In addition, Sitecore continues to be "Verified for Windows Server 2003". Sitecore is verfied to install onto Microsoft Windows Server 2003 by means of a robust installation that helps minimize conflicts among shared components, maintain stability, meet security requirements and operate according to best practices.
