Lars Nielsen

Lars has extensive experience as a developer and architect of over 100 high profile web sites, including ABN AMRO, Aarstiderne, Bwin, Thomas Cook and Copenhagen County. His eight years of experience at a leading systems integration and solutions company brings the critical end user and Partner perspective to his work at Sitecore.

Lars visits major clients in Europe and helps them architect their software solutions integrated with the Sitecore CMS. He works with the management group in defining business needs and the IT department in translating that into appropriate technical architecture and development, all the time working closely with our Partners. He also is responsible for forming strategic alliances with Independent Software Vendors and Technology Partners.

Lars has in depth knowledge and experience of the .NET framework, XAML and W3C standards such as SOAP, XML and XSLT. He is in demand on the International speaking circuit, and a frequent guest at Microsoft and Sitecore technology summits.

Lars studied Computer Science and Economics at the University of Copenhagen.
