Challenge

At Gazelle they believe in cycling as one of the smartest, healthiest and most enjoyable vehicles in the world. Therefore, they are actively involved in helping many people to enjoy them.

The purpose of the Gazelle site includes:

  • Helping customers in the orientation process – such as with the bike finder on the home page and the search filters on the collection page
  • Creating customer loyalty

Solution

Gazelle is successfully using Sitecore’s CMS, Online Marketing Suite (OMS), Email Campaign Manager (ECM), and plan to use Sitecore Ecommerce Enterprise Edition (SEEE).  Gazelle is using the OMS to gather information on their online and offline target groups, and they are starting to personalize content based on the intelligence they are gathering.  With the SEEE, Gazelle will bring online and offline selling together. They are generating leads and work for their dealers and partners.

With Sitecore, Gazelle is making a strong move into the online market.
