TDS, based in Slagelse, Denmark have extended their services to include support for Sitecore users.

Under an agreement with Sitecore Denmark, TDS are now able to give editors & administrators direct telephone support 57,5 hours per week with answers relating both to general Sitecore questions and more specifically to the installation that the user is working on.

"We hope that this is a service that our Solution Partners will benefit from as TDS will be able to handle the day-to day questions arising from working with Sitecore, leaving the partners to focus on moving the solutions forward strategically - its a much better allocation of resources", says James Derry, Marketing Director, Sitecore.

TDS have a broad experience with all Microsoft products, so the inclusion of the Sitecore CMS is a natural extension of the TDS agent's skill set.

TDS are already working with Netmester to support the Glostrup Kommune installation.
