IMS - International Merchant Services, Inc. goes live with their new Sitecore based website and customer care centre extranet.  

The site is implemented in corporation with P5 Solutions, and gives IMS customer's access to managing their ATM Machines throughout the US. More than 3000 ATMs are operated by IMS - this is why a new intuitive Customer Care Center was built to help increase IMS customer's control over their installations. 

The site offers direct access to real time data, that can immediately be exported to PDF reports online. P5 Solutions built an engine to control all users, their respective data and security access for the site. Everything built in pure .NET that goes well with Sitecore which is also built on .NET.
