Max Bank, one of Denmark’s largest regional commercial banks, has just gone live with a new website based on Sitecore CMS. The solution is implemented by one of Sitecores leading solution partners Dansk Internet Selskab (DIS).
Customer focused website
Customer focus has always characterized Max Bank and in 2004 Max Bank was selected as the Danish bank with the most satisfied customers. The new website should support that strong customer focus and turn visitors into new customers. Therefore it was important for Max Bank, that the website was precisely targeted to Max Banks different target groups and give the visitor the information he or she most likely were looking for on the website.
Fast implementation
Project Manager Stefen Otkjær from DIS; “One of the most exciting things about the project was the speed of implementation of the technical solution. The whole solution was implemented and tested in just three weeks!! That can’t be done faster on any other CMS platform”.
Strong metadata structure
The metadata structure and the architecture between Max Bank, BEC and Sitecore CMS allow Max Bank to reuse content (news, product information, activity calendar etc.) in many different contexts. That in combination with a strong integration to other business applications at BEC, gives Max Bank the ability to differentiate and target specific information down to the individual customer.
Dansk Internet Selskab
Besides being responsible for the technical implementing, DIS has also in charge of defining the overall online concept, information architecture, specifications, new online identity and design on both website and home bank.
