HeathWallace
HeathWallace was founded in 2001 to focus on the online needs of the customers of financial services. Its starting point is always the user and this is the key to the success it has had in delivering projects for some of the largest financial services companies in the world.
Following the recent acquisition of HeathWallace by the WPP Group, it is the firm's belief that it has found the right partner to support growth and global ambitions. WPP is committed to supporting their existing UK office and Hong Kong operation (founded in 2006) as well as its US office, recently opened in Chicago.
The company always starts with trying to understand how and why people are using an online service, what they would like to be doing, and then look to match that with the strategic objectives of clients. It has found that driving requirements from what people actually need is the only way of getting it right.
It continues to have an exemplary track record and are very proud of their reputation for consistently creating solutions that exceed client and customer expectations. Its development methodology is a structured yet flexible process, which allows them to morph the development lifecycle around the needs of the project. Its in-house capabilities include:
Consultancy: The company recognise that partnership with its clients is the key to success, and understand that digital channels are primarily about people, not technology.
Research: This is vital to understanding how and why an audience interacts with a site, and helps accurately define what users are really looking for from an online experience.
Information Architecture: Investing time to develop accurate information architecture creates a complete map of user journeys, which are aligned to the needs of the audience and your business objectives.
Design: To develop a successfully branded online experience requires particular skill and insight, especially for financial services. Its designers look to design simple, straightforward solutions that demonstrate a company’s brand in action.
Technology: The company often works with clients’ existing legacy systems and have a flexible approach to technology, which means that they can deliver on almost all platforms. Its code is always clean, efficient and compliant with all accessibility requirements.
Project Management: All HeathWallace projects are managed by experienced project managers within the Client Services team. Using Prince 2 as a foundation, it has developed a robust yet flexible methodology which can rapidly adapt to changes in requirements during a project’s lifecycle.
