Heitec Slovakia is part of the Heitec group of companies headed by Heitec AG, established in 1984 in Erlangen, Germany. There are currently 10 branches in Germany and an additional 6 across other countries in Europe. In total there are 400 engineering and technical professionals employed by Heitec.

Heitec Slovensko spol. S.r.o. was founded in 1996 and employs 11 staff.
