Aberdeen used four key performance criteria to distinguish Best-in-Class companies, including:

  • Visit Duration
  • Page Views
  • Search Engine Presence
  • Conversion rates

We will discuss how Best-in-Class shared several characteristics which separated them from the pack.  Going forward, several recommendations are identified to achieve Best-in-Class performance from either a “Laggard” or “Average” status.
