Google webmaster trends analyst Zineb Ait Bahajji says this will have a bigger impact on the industry than Panda or Penguin. In this blog I’m going to step out of Peter’s realm and step over to something he could only imagine, the realm of measuring customer engagement on the internet. When done correctly measuring customer engagement through your internet communications and connections is easy and accurate. But, when done incorrectly, as many are doing, you get the wrong results.
