“Finding the right senior care solution is both a complex experience and a very emotional decision – and even the basic terminology can be confusing,” said Abby See, Senior Director, Online Marketing, Sunrise Senior Living. “In the competitive senior care industry, providers bombard even casual digital visitors with a torrent of calls and emails.
