WHAT IS SITECORE SYMPOSIUM AND WHAT CAN IT OFFER ME?

HOW DO I UPDATE MY REGISTRATION DETAILS?

To edit or update your registration, log in to our registration system using your credentials that you created at time of registration.

WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR SITECORE SYMPOSIUM 2017?

Early Bird price $1,095 USD (limited quantity)

Advanced price $1,295 USD (through August 31, 2017)

Regular price $1,595 USD (September 1 – October 16, 2017)

We also offer special group registration pricing when you register a group of five (5) or more from the same organization. Group discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, package, or promotion codes.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY REGISTRATION FEE?

Your registration includes admission to all keynote and breakout sessions and the Partner Pavilion. It also includes all general receptions, evening events, and conference meals (breakfast) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and (lunch) on Tuesday and Wednesday.

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR PRE-CONFERENCE TRAINING?

Yes, pre-conference training seminars are optional and an additional charge. Costs vary between seminars and registration date. You can sign up for pre-conference seminars during registration or log back into your registration account any time to add a seminar (subject to availability). Seats are first come, first served.

DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE AIR TRANSPORTATION AND HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS?

All costs for air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.

IS THERE A DISCOUNTED HOTEL ROOM RATE AT THE MIRAGE FOR CONFERENCE ATTENDEES?

Yes, discounted room rates have been negotiated with The Mirage and are exclusively available to reserve here.

The Symposium room rate is USD $189 + $27 daily resort fee/night plus tax. The Symposium room block will fill up quickly so we recommend you reserve your room early. Rates are based on availability and expire on Tuesday, September 19, 2017. A deposit equal to the first night’s room rate and tax will be charged to the credit card provided at time of reservation as a guarantee and applied to your stay. Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date or this deposit will be forfeited.

IS THERE SPECIAL PRICING FOR NON-PROFITS AND GOVERNMENT?

Sorry, no. However, special pricing is available for early bird and advanced registration, as well as groups of five or more from the same organization.

WHAT DOES THE RESORT FEE INCLUDE?

Property-wide high speed internet access, unlimited local and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing, notary service and fitness center access for guests 18+.

HOW LONG IS THE CONFERENCE?

Sessions will be held on October 17-18th 2017 between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm and October 19th between 8:00 am – 12:00 pm (exact times subject to change). The Welcome Reception will be held on Monday, October 16 in the early evening.

CAN I PURCHASE A GUEST PASS TO EVENING EVENTS?

Evening events are exclusive to Sitecore Symposium full conference attendees only and guest passes are not available.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET TO LAS VEGAS?

There are plenty of flights into Las Vegas. Airlines operating out of McCarran International Airport (LAS) include: Aero Mexico, Air Canada, Alaska, Allegiant, American, British Airways, Condor, Copa Airlines, Delta, Edelweiss, Frontier, Hainan Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Interjet, JetBlue, Korean Air, Magni Charters, Norwegian, Omni, Southwest, Spirit, Sun Country Airlines, Thomas Cook Airlines, United, Virgin America, Virgin Atlantic, VivaAerobus, Volaris and WestJet.

The Mirage is approximately 5 miles away and many ground transportation options are available.

HOW SHOULD I DRESS?

Attendees generally wear business casual attire. We recommend comfortable and appropriate clothing and shoes for walking. Important note: your conference badge must be worn at all times to all scheduled sessions and events.

WHAT MAY I BRING?

Past attendees have found it helpful to bring any of the following: a light jacket, business cards, phone/laptop/tablet + charger, paper/pen for taking notes, a light snack, or a bottle of water.

WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?

Cancellations must be made in writing to SitecoreSymposium@sitecore.net. Sitecore will refund 50% of your registration fee up to September 15, 2017 at 4:00 pm (PST). No refunds will be processed after this date. Because our meal and seating plans are based on event registrations, we ask that you inform us as soon as your plans change.


Pre-conference education cancellations must be made in writing to SitecoreSymposium@sitecore.net. Sitecore will refund 50% of your course fee, up to September 15, 2017 at 4:00 (PST). No refunds will be processed after this date.


No shows are ineligible for registration fee refunds.

WHAT IS THE SUBSTITUTION POLICY?

Substitutions must be made in writing to SitecoreSymposium@sitecore.net. Conference attendee substitutions must be from the same company and can be made at any time free of charge. Preconference substitutions must be approved in writing and requested/approved by USTraining@sitecore.net.


Substitution requests must include full names and company email addresses of both the original and substitute registrant.


Once the substitution has been confirmed, it is recommended that the substitute registrant login to the Symposium attendee portal to complete/update registration details ASAP.


Cancellation of travel and hotel reservations are the responsibility of the registrant.

WHAT IF I NEED A VISA APPLICATION?

To receive a visa invite letter you must register first, then request a letter in writing to SitecoreSymposium@sitecore.net. If you do not receive a visa in time to travel to Las Vegas, your registration fees will be fully refunded (documentation is required).
